Dimensic builds technology that turns what people in an organisation know into data you can act on. Information gets buried under the amount of data; we bring it together, measure it and link it to decisions, training and follow-up.
Dimensic was founded to bring clarity to the constant confusion that AI creates. The approach was developed by founder Rosaline Pahud de Mortanges, drawing on her own work in AI since 2019 and the Erasmus Executive Program The New CIO – CTO – CDO at Erasmus University Rotterdam, which she attended in 2022–2023. Dimensic connects strategy, tactics and execution, with a current and sound approach.
Why Dimensic
Clarity in the change AI brings
AI is changing every field: technology, HR, legal, finance and operations. Policy has to be adjusted again and again. Dimensic does more than that.
Organisations also want to do more themselves, for example with vibe coding: building their own tools with an AI assistant. Often there is no framework to do that well: who owns it, which data may go in, how do you test it and who maintains it afterwards?
That is why Dimensic supports organisations at three levels.
Strategic
Technology direction, AI portfolio and governance, together with the board and management.
Tactical
Policy, risks and suppliers: standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and the AI Act turned into decisions with an owner.
Operational
